Basement Bedroom Addition

For this project, we transformed an unfinished basement space into a functional bedroom and added an egress window to ensure safety and compliance with building codes. The renovation included framing, drywall installation, flooring, and painting to create a comfortable living area. The new egress window not only enhances the room's natural light but also provides a safe exit in case of emergencies, making the space both beautiful and practical.
